How REVIVE Works

We will provide participants with financial and operational insights, team management, technology deployment, knowledge management, and succession planning, as well as other areas specific to your company’s needs. Through this program, we will provide support with a diagnostic review of the specific areas identified, will make recommendations for closing gaps and making improvements, map an action plan, and partner with you on accountability.

These Essential 6 Modules are Designed to Get Your Business On Track!

MODULE 1 – Client Needs Analysis (2 Sessions)
This initial module is geared toward helping us get to know you. We’ll identify what’s going well, what needs attention, and identify key obstacles to overcome throughout the following weeks.
MODULE 2 – Objective Priorities (1 Session)
We’ll dig into what we’ve learned and start developing a roadmap to get you to where you want to be, starting with identifying what can be augmented immediately.
MODULE 3 - Deep Dive/KPI (3 Sessions)
Over these key 3 weeks, we’ll work with you to delve into the finances of your organization, find and develop organizational efficiencies to make sure things are being run effectively, look critically at all systems and processes you have in place to make sure these are working proactively for you, and even reimagine your business plan for where you are now and what you’ve learned so far.
MODULE 4 - Strategic Plan (2 sessions)
As we continue closely examining your operation, we’ll work with you on an in-depth analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats apparent to your company. We’ll also provide insight on new tools and technologies that could streamline your work, and identify areas where you might be best off delegating or outsourcing work to better focus your efforts on your business.
MODULE 5- Action Plan (1 Session)
Together, we’ll develop a comprehensive business action plan that takes everything we’ve worked on in the previous 4 modules and sets a course forward for your organization.
MODULE 6 - Accountability (3 Sessions)
We’ll spend the final weeks with you providing any and all assistance and support we can as you put your action plan in motion, including identifying challenges along the way, helpful tools and additional resources, and continuing to offer our expertise to help you succeed
