With over 20 years of international experience in finance, strategy, and business leadership, I’ve worked with organizations of all sizes, from early-stage ventures to established, multi-million-dollar businesses navigating growth, expansion, and change.

As both a Chartered Professional Accountant and an entrepreneur, I bring a unique perspective to business advisory. I’ve led global teams, built businesses, developed strategic partnerships, and helped organizations strengthen their financial and operational foundations.

At Abacus, I lead Client Advisory Services, working closely with business owners and leadership teams to tackle complex challenges, identify opportunities, and translate strategic goals into practical action. My approach combines financial insight, commercial judgment, and hands-on experience to ensure that good ideas don’t just stay on paper.

Having spent much of my career on both sides of the table, as an advisor and as a business owner, I understand that making decisions is only part of the challenge. 

The real work is in what comes next: bringing the right people together, working through competing priorities, and making sure plans translate into action. 

My experience has taught me that even the strongest strategies depend on how well they are executed, and that lasting results come from connecting sound financial judgment with the people, processes, and decisions that move a business forward.
